Trying to get help from them is an exercise in futility – I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and never got any response or if I did, it was unsatisfactory at best.
For starters, there isn’t really much of a way for users to access support on the website itself; no page with frequently asked questions (FAQs) or anything else that could provide some assistance without having you reach out directly. And when you do try reaching out? Good luck getting anywhere fast – response time can range from hours all the way up into days depending on how busy they are and what your issue actually is. Talk about frustrating! It doesn’t have to be this hard though – most other sites offer more comprehensive customer service options so why not take a cue from those guys? Even something as simple as adding an FAQ section would go miles towards helping customers find answers quickly instead of waiting around forever for someone at InstantHookups HQ (if anyone even works there!)to respond back with something useful…or anything at all!

If you’re looking for a dating site that promises instant hookups, InstantHookups is not the one. It claims to be “the ultimate destination for casual encounters and online fun” but in reality it falls short of delivering on its promise.
The free version of InstantHookup offers very limited features compared to other sites out there. You can search through profiles, send winks or messages, and add people as favorites – all basic stuff which won’t get you far if your goal is finding someone special quickly. The paid version gives access to more advanced features such as video chat with members who are verified by the site staff (which I found quite unique). However even then it’s hard to find potential matches since most users don’t bother completing their profile information nor do they upload pictures – so how would anyone know what they look like? Ugh! What a bummer!
Another downside about this website is that there aren’t many ways available when trying contact customer service: no phone number listed anywhere; only an email address where responses may take days before being received – talk about bad timing when something urgent comes up!
